On the nose, expect bright citrus zest, fresh green apple, and a hint of brioche from time spent on lees. The palate is finely balanced with crisp acidity, delicate bubbles, and layers of pear, lemon curd, and a touch of almond. A subtle minerality keeps things refreshing, with a long, clean finish.

Made with 100% Chenin Blanc from our hand-picked Swan Valley fruit, this Crémant was fermented in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant fruit profile, then aged on lees for complexity and texture. A gentle, low-intervention approach lets the variety shine, delivering a sparkling that’s both refined and seriously drinkable.
