At Chalari Wines, we want to ensure that your wine reaches you in perfect condition and in good time. Our commitment to quality doesn’t stop at the vineyard, It extends all the way to your doorstep.

Currently, we only ship exclusively within Australia.

Delivery Costs

Good news for our wine-loving friends across the country, If your order is over $150, we’ll cover the shipping cost to get your wine delivered straight to your door for free.

For our Western Australian customers, we are pleased to offer free shipping on any order of $100 or more. Thank you for supporting local!

Processing Times

Most orders are lovingly packed and shipped between one and five business days after they’re received, typically on the following business day.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we may send your shipment in multiple packages to avoid delays. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop with an email for each shipment, letting you know what’s on its way.

Delivery times to major cities and metro areas are typically between 1 - 6 business days from dispatch. For rural and remote areas, including Tasmania and Northern Queensland, delivery may take a little longer, usually within 5 - 10 days.

Specialist Wine Handling

We partner with expert couriers who specialise in transporting wine. This means your bottles are handled with the utmost care, avoiding conveyor belts and instead being hand-loaded to ensure their quality remains intact.

Peak Periods
