How to Request a Return:
Simply submit a Contact Us form detailing the issue, and we will do our best to resolve it. Whether it's a problem with the product or delivery, we're dedicated to working things out for you.
Change of Mind:
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the product at your own cost. The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund, minus the original postage costs.
Delivery Issues:
If your order has not been delivered or has been damaged in transit, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can ensure you receive your wine without delay.
