2024 Riesling, Albany, Great Southern,

Organically Farmed Vineyard Grown by us at the Oranje Tractor vineyard in Albany, this fruit was grown organically without any synthetic inputs (fungicides, herbicides and pesticides). Diverse cover crops between the vines attract an array of microbes that feed on the liquid carbon supplied. In return, the microbes look after the nutrition and pest control in the vineyard.

Wild fermented, whole bunch pressed stainless steel amphorae (egg) with 5 months lees contact, bottled unfined, unfiltered with minimum sulphites

Appearance: pale lemon, clear rim

Nose: Highly perfumed array of lemon and apple blossom, pink grapefruit, lime zest, finger lime, lemongrass, lemon sherbet with talc and bath salt minerals.

Palate: lemon sherbet, lime cordial, lemongrass, cinnamon, rock salt-like minerality, lively acidity, enhanced texture and exceptional length.

Food: Thai green curry, Vietnamese Goi Ga salad, duck pancakes
