Fruit sourced from the northern most part of the Swan District.

This is a skin contact white wine, also known as an orange wine.

Skins remained in contact with the fermenting and fermented wine for 45 days.  Handled oxidatively to create a manzanilla sherry style character in the wine.  Even with this, there is the salty edge and the lemon pith character that Vermentino is known for.

Great food wine.
