Gone through full carbonic maceration. This process is where the fermentation starts inside the in tact berry, without any oxygen, under a cover of CO2.
This creates wonderful confectioned raspberry and strawberry flavours, but is backed up by beautiful, ripe and fine tannins,
Delicious as a chilled red, or room temperature if you prefer.
